Folio is a free, open-source Android launcher built for foldables. It lays out by how much room a screen has rather than by device, so a Galaxy Z Fold gets two Home pages side by side unfolded and its own layout on the cover. It brings across the iOS ideas people miss, including the Side Bar, Dynamic Island, Control Center, Spotlight and App Library, plus a Market of optional tweaks rebuilt from the jailbreak tweaks its developer used to run. There are no ads, no analytics and no account, it needs no root, and every permission is documented.
